Gold is Lasria's common currency, earned through everything from posting in the forums to playing games. Gold is transferrable between accounts either directly or as part of a trade.

Browsing site: Random between 1 and 10, happening about once every 25 pages.
Gold per post: Depends on word count, always less than 200
New polls: Currently you won’t receive any points for this
Referrals: 1000 to 15,000 gold based on total referrals
Daily Grant: Random between 25-500
Daily Aquarium Grant (per tank): 0-200
Random Treasure Chests: Between 500 and 5000 gold and some bonus components, appearing about once every 5000 pages (every 500 pages on your birthday!)
Space Race: Gold awarded based on remaining time left upon level completion
Target Gallery: Gold awarded based on total final score.
Turtle Hurtle: Gold awarded based on level completed
Cards-Tower: 52 gold on winning along with additional gold for cards remaining in deck
Cards-Pyramids: 52 gold on winning along with additional gold for cards remaining in deck
